Faithless Void in cm - DotA Forums

After i saw the CH vs EHOME replay during ESWC China qualifiers, the just thing that i learnt from it is that void would difficult see any spark of the day soon in competitive scene, for those who haven't seen the replay, void was seriously countered by BM, VS and a traxes who just killed him in 5 shots, and EHOME didn't buy a force staff, which counters it awfully.

I hold that longdd made a few mistakes during that game, but i conceive that a strategy around void should go with a proper lineup and against certain teams, for example, banning bm and vs (which could be quite standards bans along doom, brood, pugna, visage, wr, bm not likely really but it could be in the low 3 picks so ban him for sure). Also, you should give a dangerous solo carry who will sure be focused on first (lanaya or nevermore could be), and as supports i aim for an earthshaker or an initiator tide (for the chaos factor). The following job is, who are you jump into??? a good team will be separate enough one from each other so you won't catch more than 1 hero in a chronosphere, so you concentrate on their main carry or their surely force staff user, or beg your team that stress in the force staff user and focus only on their main carry (the trouble is that there would be probably more than 1 force staff user in the opposite team if they are wise enough :/ ) The following problem has to be the item build, BKB is the only certain thing about it, but about people argue for terms and ias items (bfly, mom, bfury) or tank him enough so you could survive inside the chronosphere (manta, vanguard and a mjollnir), because remember, being a possibly gamebreaking ulti, it is likewise a double edge weapon for your whole team, who gave you the produce and dont want you to die before your supports. With all this cons, i remember that a mortred could do a better job as a melee hard carry (not counting spectre, magina or pl, who are imo a point above these two in terms of viability), because you can just blink inside the fight and beg for those red numbers to look and hear a killing spree triple skill etc. TL; DR: discuss about void in cm in the following subjects: - team bans. - team picks. - item build. - who to focuss with your chronosphere. - how to counter force staff (if it's possible) final words: i guess he won't be picked because he has too much counters, maybe a better aghanimsupgrade could work, making both empty and all the heroes inside the chronosphere inmune to magic, just an idea. greetings
